The Asian Cities Climate Change Resilience Network (ACCCRN) Challenge to Change implements and supports projects within ACCCRN in three cities in Vietnam - Can Tho, Quy Nhon and Da Nang, with support from Rockefeller Foundation. It tracks 'eco-economy indicators', and its President, Lester R Brown, has written a book entitled "Plan B", describing changes needed in the world economy to achieve a sustainable future. Find the nearest Transition Town to you, and participate in their activities.
